Did you know ?

The Kleeneze catalogues are like you own personal 24 hour salesperson - they do the hard work for you.

In most cases the first time that you meet your customers is after they have placed their first order.

The idea is to build and serve your own customer base. Once an established retail customer base has been built then it is very common to earn an income of £10 - £15+ per hour.

Did you know ?

There are no set hours or territories in your Kleeneze business; you can work when you like, and where you like.

The Kleeneze business is unique in network marketing in that you can earn money from day one. Whether it's an extra £200 per month you're looking for, or want to make serious money, we can help.

There are three types of income available to distributors in the Kleeneze network;

All distributors start with catalogue distribution (personal retailing). This is for people who want an immediate but flexible income.

This will give you retail profit, and in many cases volume profit as well. To start with we will just deal with retail profit. For more information on volume profit look here.

People who are looking to build a good secure secondary or primary income for themselves or their family using the power of residual income, should also look at the team building section.

Personal retailing simply involves leaving your catalogues with friends, relatives, and households, and then collecting them a couple of days later. For every order you take you will receive a minimum of 21% profit, cash in hand. The rest of the money that you take from your customers is simply paid back to Kleeneze once your customers have paid you. Delivering the Kleeneze catalogue

When you start your Kleeneze business you are usually given a credit limit which allows you to order the products that your customers want upfront, and then you pay Kleeneze back once you have received the money from your customers. So with Kleeneze you never need to hold large amounts of stock, or pay out large amounts of money for your customers orders.

The more catalogues you deliver, the more orders you will get and therefore the more money you will earn. This table below should give you a rough idea about the amount of money you can earn when you first start, and the table underneath will give more of an indication of the rewards available after three to twelve months of developing a customer base.

Please note that this is only based on the rewards you will receive when you first start. The key to being a successful retailer is to build up a loyal customer base, which will take at least a few months. Once you have done this then your income will be significantly higher.

F
or example, when you first start, the average national order is over £1 per catalogue*. However, once you have developed a customer base, then returns of £3 to £5 per catalogue and greater can be expected and good part-time monthly incomes of £200 to £600 can readily be achieved for as little as 10 hours work per week.

* This does not mean you will get a £1 order for every catalogue that you collect. What it means is you will receive around £100 worth of orders for every 100 catalogues collected.

This table is now based on a conservative estimate of only £3.50 per catalogue. In reality this figure will be more like £3 to £5, and often even higher in the run up to Christmas.

Note that the time taken to deliver 100 catalogues on a customer base is now slightly higher, simply because the houses will be more spaced out.

How do I collect my orders?

When you go out to pick up your catalogues, you collect them from the doorstep and then remove all of the completed order forms. Then, on a regular basis, perhaps every one or two weeks, you submit your total order to Kleeneze and then they will deliver the order to your house, often within 24 hours. You can place your order via the internet, fax, or post.

How do my customers pay me?

When you deliver the orders to your customers, they simply pay you directly with either cash, credit card or a cheque. You then keep your 21% profit before paying Kleeneze the rest. Credit cards and cheques can be paid directly into your Kleeneze account.

Where can I deliver my catalogues?

Anywhere. There are no set area's or territories in this business. Staying close to home is a wise idea though, as this will save on your travelling time.

The idea is to gradually build a customer base who will remain loyal to you. Customer service is therefore very important. Good customer service simply means being reliable, polite and friendly, and doing exactly what you have promised to do.

Many distributors enjoy retailing as it gives them the chance to meet people that they wouldn’t normally meet, get some good exercise, and make extra money as they go. You may sometimes overlap with other distributors, but this is not a problem as each person develops his/her own customer base.

Of course, the 21% profit that you earn from your own retailing is just the start with this business. As you retail more, you become eligible for extra money in the form of volume profit.

What is volume profit?

As we have mentioned above, all distributors always receive a minimum of 21% profit on every single order that they receive. However, depending on how much you retail in every four week period, you can earn significantly more. The table below demonstrates this.

Therefore as you can see, if you are retailing £200 per week, then you will have a total sales volume of £800 every 4 week period, and will therefore be earning 27% profit in total.

In reality, most people will be personally retailing volumes of between £500 and £2000 in a four weekly period, and in exceptional cases volumes of up to £5000 per four week period. Volumes higher than this are very difficult to achieve personally, (certainly in the short term) simply because of the amount of catalogues that you would need to deliver on a weekly basis.

This is where the team building comes in. When you are also introducing other people into the business, your four weekly sales volume is calculated on the entire sales volume created by you, plus the sales volume of your team as well. To find out more look at the next page on Team Building
